Hollywood bets is being accused of allegedly not allowing winners to withdraw their winnings. The sports betting company based in South Africa also known as Hollywood Sportsbook currently operates in South Africa, Mozambique, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The company offers betting via its website, mobisite, call center, and USSD. According to multiple victims who are currently struggling with accessing their winning tickets, their tickets have allegedly been cancelled with the company blocking winners from contacting them.
Hollywood bets are bigger criminals than all the ANC combined. They send you used withdrawal slips. A month later they still dont even bother to sort it out. People complaining of money disappearing out of their accounts. But they dont even say anything. Stay away from them

I finished my funds in the account because after waiting a month for my withdrawal, 20 emails and a supervisor called Sune, I no longer will use Hollywood bets. Betway is much better.

A lot of active customers have alleged that whenever they try to enquire on their matters they receive poor feedback further adding that they are always advised to wait for more than 48 hours which still results to nothing.
Another victim who is facing this problem says he has been trying to withdraw his winnings for the last two days further adding that none of the methods work including e-wallet, cash send and EFT, services. He says the company has asked developers to investigate saying every time he has consulted the help center he is called back by a different agent with a different explanation, yet nothing is happening.

There have been numerous complaints about the company not attending to queries on their social media platforms with some customers alleging of being blocked for consistently querying about their money on the platforms. Multiple complaints have been filed against the company’s service agents for not following up on complaints from customers.
According to regular customers who have been betting with the company for a long time, the company’s service has declined significantly from what it used to be before which has seen the company lose some of its loyal customers.
